The Service is available worldwide and is intended for individual users. Business or organizational use is not supported.
- Your license is personal, non-transferable, and allows use on 2 devices at a time.
- If you attempt to use the license on multiple devices, you won't be able to login starting from the third device.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the software without explicit permission from Triton Labs.
- Misuse of the Service, including attempts to tamper with the server or software, may result in termination of your account or license without refund.
Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, which offers secure credit card transactions.
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully explore and evaluate Grogg before making a purchase. Since this trial gives you the chance to ensure the product meets your needs, we do not provide refunds on purchases made after the trial period. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Triton Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service’s functionality, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability.
In no event shall Triton Labs or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may update or modify the Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
